Are there any drinks machines at Vicarage Road? I’ll be honest. I’ve never found one.

This may well be because I’ve never been to Vicarage Road, but that might not be the only reason. Until it’s proven otherwise, I will assume that it’s also because there aren’t any.

Now I’ve got a lot of regard for Elton John – Sacrifice was banging, as was Healing Hands – but despite this, I hold him personally responsible.

If something is wrong somewhere, do you try and deduce who is actually at fault, or do you blame the most famous person who is tangentially related to the institution in question. As the most famous person to come to mind when I think about Watford Football Club, I blame John.

You heard me, John. Where are the drinks machines? Where are they, eh? What are you going to do about it?

Look at you, sat there with your odd hair, chumming up with Graham Taylor, lounging about like you own the place. How about doing something of merit for once? How about doing something for the fans? How about installing a series of hot drinks machines from which the fans can acquire delicious hot beverages?

Of course, if the drinks machines are there, I retract the above.
